We want you to be happy with your purchase. If Atom isn't working for you, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee.

7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date for any reason. No questions asked.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, email hey@davey.design with:

  • Your purchase email address
  • Your order number (if available)
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A REFUND

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your license will be deactivated
  • You will no longer have access to updates or support
  • You should uninstall the software

REFUNDS AFTER 7 DAYS

We generally do not offer refunds after the 7-day window. However, if you're experiencing technical issues or have extenuating circumstances, contact us at hey@davey.design. We'll do our best to help.

ANNUAL UPDATE FEES

If you purchase an annual update extension, the same 7-day refund policy applies. After 7 days, update fees are non-refundable.

CHARGEBACKS

If you file a chargeback or dispute instead of requesting a refund through us, your license will be immediately terminated and you will be permanently banned from purchasing or using Atom in the future.

AI PROVIDER COSTS

Atom requires Codex with its own OpenAI account. We cannot refund any charges from OpenAI, OpenRouter, or other third-party providers. Those costs are between you and the provider.
